Sodas can’t be made yourself, or better yet, they don’t need to, and is one of the reasons why tea drinking might not be as easy as you think, but make no mistake, your taste buds won’t be disappointed.

Between that sugar syrup and those additives, the chemicals in drinks can sabotage your efforts of losing weight, as the chemical the tap water extracts are still derived from sugar, which itself is a no Bueno. Another surprising benefit, with added benefits for the body, is that green tea can improve energy levels and help to prevent those dull running days you develop.
