Teacher position, the role of government, and our responsibilities

A teacher is the name of an organization that teaches you how to live and if I say a teacher is an organization that spends our entire lives in its training and guidance, then there will be no two perspectives. Alexander the Great also commended his teacher, saying, "If Aristotle were to live, Alexander's thousands would be free, but Alexander's thousands would not be able to produce one. " He also said: “my great teacher took me from the earth to heaven, but My old father who took me out of heaven brought me to earth.

Aristotle taught Alexander the Great that “everyone is a slave to God and everyone has a natural right to live a dignified life. “Alexander the Great never forgot his teacher's virtues. Even today, all the great people in the world shine like bright stars, behind them is the hand of a teacher and behind every successful person is the hand of a pastor. But now there is a huge increase in teachers at the state level.

Teacher harassment is in front of everyone

Every incoming government is playing with the rights of teachers. Currently in government departments if they have more than one teacher. In Azad Kashmir, in more recent times, when teachers protested against their rights, by government orders, teachers were harassed in a very serious way as if they were trying to claim their rights in India. I have to see painful scenes.

What progress will nations make if they beat their leaders on the streets like this?

There is no doubt that this is a time of greed and selfishness, and everyone is losing his moral values in his quest for advancement in the race. The whole community is in the hands of self-esteem. Instead of education, education is abandoned education and education is considered a joke. The best teachers are needed to build a professional society, but unfortunately, power struggles and ambitions have kept the rulers away from developing the people.

Where will these best teachers come from?

They dishonor the good teachers in every way. Of course, all departments and institutions take a final cue, unless educational institutions have reached the point where their teachers are bearded and suffer. They do not know the importance of education, there is no hope of any kind of development and prosperity.

The government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has created mountains of trouble since it came to power. Everyone is trapped in a web of problems. Inflation, unemployment, oppression, and poverty are at an all-time high. In these cases, teachers are also affected. That is why all the teachers in the whole of Punjab and Azad Kashmir went on strike. Clerks, Class IV staff, and non-teaching staff also joined the strike. They were talking about salary increases, demand for grants, regular contract workers, and re-employment of vacant seats.

According to Azad Kashmir's education policy, currently, the primary and secondary teacher qualifications should be BA & B Ad while the scale should be B14 and B16. But currently in Kashmir, after the NTS, highly educated people are associated with the department of education. The independent government followed part of the policymaking highly educated people part of the policy but even today teachers are working on the B7 and B9 scales. Even today an MPhil pass teacher works for a salary of Rs 18,000 while grants are almost non-existent.

At a time when the world is spending too much on education but unfortunately our governments are constantly reducing the budget of our education department. These demands are not wrong, for, in this age of inflation, a teacher with financial problems will not be able to teach and train children. But as a result, they have experienced more violence. The whole world saw. The police beat them as if they had to kill them.

The government should provide B14 and B16 to teachers in Azad Kashmir and throughout Pakistan to alleviate the frustration and shortage of teachers. If the government takes this step, teachers will be able to run their own lives and other well-being in today's high-cost world. Governments and governments need to pay attention to this important issue.
